VETnetwork Australia Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing membership, you agree that you are signing to an annual or biennial membership. Memberships are calendar year with the renewal due 31st December.
Membership fees do not include free entry into VETnetwork Australia events, however discounted rates apply to all members unless specified.
Membership subscriptions entitle members to have full member access to the site, receive the VETnetwork Australia newsletter and be eligible for member discounts.
Memberships are not refundable.
Membership fees include GST.
All membership payments must be in AU$.
Individual membership entitles you to one set of membership benefits.
Individual memberships are non-transferrable.
Corporate membership entitles you to five sets of membership benefits.
Corporate membership may transfer their sibling member account holders.
Membership must be financial to receive all the member benefits.
The onus is on the member to keep their contact details updated in the “my portal area”.
Any variations made to these Terms & Conditions may be made by VETnetwork Australia without express written notice to existing members.

Event Registration Terms
The following terms apply to this event registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the event organiser.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference or event date will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs.
No registration refunds will be made after this date.
Master Class Cancellation Policy:
The following cancellation fee is applicable for tours listed within this registration form.
Cancellation within 72hours of event, 50% of fee is charged.
Cancellation within 24hours of event, 100% of fee is charged.
A refund processing fee of $25.00 plus GST is payable for all refunds requested and processed by Conference Online.
Images and Digital Representation Policy
VETnetwork Australia reserves the right to use any and all images and digital representation recorded during the VETnetwork Australia 2016 Biennial National Conference and associated events for promotional material.
Event Terms and Conditions
VETnetwork Australia is committed to providing quality services to its members and more broadly, the Vocational Education and Training (VET) community. We endeavour to ensure that accurate information in advertised, however, change may be necessary from time to time. In the unlikely event that the details of one of our events changes, we will immediately notify all registrants.
Cancellation Refund Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing.
Thirty (30) days prior to the event date will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs.
Twenty one (21) days prior to the event date will be refunded less 50% of the registration fee to cover administration costs.
Ten (10) days prior- No registration refunds will be made after this date.
Webinar Refund Policy
Payment is required to attend this webinar and therefore you may need approval from your organisation to register for this webinar.
Delivery of a webinar by VETnetwork Australia will depend on a minimum number of registrations being received.
VETnetwork Australia reserves the right to alter the date of a webinar.
Cancellation of registrations must be made at least 7 days, in writing, prior to the webinar in order to be eligible for a full refund.
No refunds are given to non-attendance at the webinar or for cancellations made within 7 days of the webinar. Payment is still required if cancellation of registration, in writing, has not occurred prior to 7 days before the webinar.
You may wish to nominate a replacement for yourself. Please provide details of your replacement to VETnetwork Australia via email.
A refund processing fee of $25.00 plus GST is payable for all refunds.
