VETnetwork Australia is committed to providing quality services to its members and more broadly, the Vocational Education and Training (VET) community. We endeavour to ensure that accurate information is advertised in relation to our events however change may be necessary from time to time. In the unlikely event that the details of one of our events changes, we will immediately notify all registrants.
Cancellation of your registration greater than 7 days prior to the event will incur a administration fee of $10 per booking. Cancellation of your registration less than 7 business days prior to the event forgoes any refund. We will however allow a replacement delegate to attend the event but VETnetwork Australia must also be notified of any delegate change. If an advertised event fails to occur at the scheduled date a refund will be given at your request or the registration fee will carried over to the next rescheduled event.
VETnetwork Australia is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly confidential and stored in a secure environment. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information for registration purposes only.
When registering for a VETnetwork Australia event, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
